Our Good Sun formula is not recommended for people who smoke. Beta-carotenes are rich in antioxidants. Antioxidants are good for the body because they fight against oxidative stress in cells which generates free radicals. Every puff of a cigarette contains millions of free radicals. The threshold value proposed by the authorities is 7mg of beta-carotene per day! The Beta-Carotene level in our Good Sun formula is 4.8 mg, therefore below the threshold.
